SchoolCenter Picture   District Facilities Request/Reservation Form


We ask that you submit all reservation and district calendar additions by the 20th of the month prior to the event you would like to schedule.  Reservations for all district facilities are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.  It is very important that you provide correction information.  If security and/or a custodian is assigned, the club/organization will be responsible for hourly charges.  It is always wise to follow-up and verify scheduling of your reservation to avoid last minute complications.
